Interesting article at the
WashPost by a reporter who was embedded in the unit of that U.S. soldier charged w/ premeditated rape and murder of an Iraqi kid and her family. Actually, I found the bits about the unit as a whole and the challenges they face to be the most interesting parts.
Meaning, the rapist guy wasn't particularly interesting, it was just interesting to get an idea for what this group of soldiers goes through on a daily basis.
