Yeah, it did have Nathaniel Hawthorne-esque metaphor (his wife's name is Hope...get it?? She wears yellow ribbons...get it??), but I like how he formed the dialog.
This piece is so off the mark...Best Buy clerks are never that lucid and courteous.
