War on Science -- and common sense

If ketchup can be a vegetable, why not a watermelon?
Oklahoma already has the strawberry as its official fruit, so the state Senate cleared the way on Tuesday to declare the watermelon the state vegetable.

And they say science is dead in Oklahoma?

I'm starting to understand the underachieving spirit that used to grace license plates in the state: "Oklahoma is OK." Way to aim high, kids.
