As far as the report goes, I wouldn't be surprised to see that the Bushies dismissed "disasters" as myth, and that everything is going just fine.
Wow, we're so important! Even the mighty Washington Post cannot resist the influence of Nachos. I'm guessing the report blames everything on Clinton. Yeah, that's partly a joke, but only partly.
