Of course, this also explains their foreign policy.

Just watch. It will soon be revealed this all goes back to Bill Clinton, who first put such nasty thoughts in Putin's head during informal discussions while Clinton was president.
You'd figure that something like this would stick out during a "soul sensing" session.
