Somehow, the same incompetent, narcissistic, virtueless, vacuous, malicious criminals are still in charge of this country. Somehow, this is tolerated. ESPN's "Outside The Lines" did a great program on the events leading up the Pat Tillman's death. It was an impressive show for a sports show; be sure and keep an eye out for it.

I appreciate how he feels. My anguished, disgusted reaction following the '04 election was very much the same.
Sometimes, you take two steps back,grab a deep breath and marvel at how so many of our fellow Americans trusted these goons not once, but twice. It just boggles the mind.
I just read Frank Rich's excellent The Greatest Story Ever Sold and, among other bits, he has a nice take on the BS stories about Tillman. Definitely worth a read.
