This just in...

Fried meat slathered with saltified sugar syrup is bad for you.
A plate of General Tso’s chicken, for example, is loaded with about 40 percent more sodium and more than half the calories an average adult needs for an entire day.

The battered, fried chicken dish with vegetables has 1,300 calories, 3,200 milligrams of sodium and 11 grams of saturated fat.

Damn liberal scientists. Trying to destroy my cherished way of life. It's not like anybody wants to eat the Moo Goo Gai Pan.

I do what the General tells me to.

That goes for the Colonel, too.

The problem is that three hours after eating a heaping helping of Gen. Tso's chicken, you want to go back and have some more.

I think you pegged it, Scott. Next thing you know, Al Gore will be testifying about the General before congress.

Dammit I'm going to try to repress this new "information." I love me some General. Seems like every time I discover a new food joy, like the nacho plate at Baja Fresh, I find out that it has 1500 calories and a tube full of fat in it.
