I think some things are in there as mere scenery (the onions, boxes of clementines under the cranberries...). But the pineapples seem deliberate. I like the Dead better than Manic Street Preachers, but I agree that the Cult is best. Makes more sense since the people don't LOOK dead, just angelic.
Also, a group/guy named Yellowman DOES exist, so I think that's it.

Inconclusive. I'd say it's a solid brown suede-ish top and something else for eh bottom, but I can't say it's leopard...
