So it's official. Nobody's going to be repremanded for the worst intelligence failure in US history. Well, the worst intelligence failure before the invasion of Iraq because of its huge stockpiles of WMDs.
It's kind of disturbing that your on-the-job negligence can cause the deaths of 3000 Americans and the repercussions are less than someone who steals office supplies from work.

Here is the specific issue - it is either a specific person's / team's fault for missing the data OR the organization is broken and is therefore the blame of the executive / senior team -all of them.
Same thing with Enron. Kenny Boy just got bad info...
And Abu Ghraib. A bunch of bad apples. All in separate barrels. All doing the exact same kind of thing.
No way that was connected to the higher ups.
How can you dare to question the judgement of the totally independent Goss Porter?
