This is not only very funny, but it's the best impersonation of Bush since Will Ferrell. Really captures his unique blend of dumb and smug.

The impersonator's cadence and speech pattern is great, but his actual voice is pretty poor and it's distracting.
It is funny though.
Oh, I like the voice. Channels the essence of the man.
