Judicial Experience? No, but I Did Stay at a Holiday Inn Last Night

Sadly, this hack commercial for a national hotel chain can now be used to describe Bush's Supreme Court nominee to replace Sandra Day O'Connor.

With the success of Roberts' not having much of a record to be questioned on, Bush has decided to go "all in" with zero experience.

I don't have a comment, except to say that that, my friend, is a hell of a title. You rule, StudD.

I'm surprised he picked someone who was 60. I thought the goal was to stock the Court with baby boomers.

Maybe they realize she'll get opposed and then they can push through a real nutcase.

I've been watching news coverage this morning, and given her taste in clothes -- sort of a combination of Wal*Mart and Lane Bryant -- I think Bush may have nominated her just to cover all that up with a black robe.

You mean that's really her that Bush is standing with? I thought maybe it was a bad wax model.
