Roberts would make sense for the confirmation process -- he's only been on the D.C. Circuit for a whopping 20 months, so there won't be many decisions to pick through.
This is going to be like the Clarence Thomas hearings. No opinions on anything. "Roe? Never actually thought or talked about it." "Really, it was decided while you were in law school." "Nope. Too busy watching porn."
no clue about Roe v Wade even though he should have been in the thick of it, obviously bad .....BUT otherwise occupied engrossed in porn, hmm there might be hope after all....
Frankly, it really doesn't matter. All politics is local. Unless people start becoming more involved in finding real solutions to the country's problems...then the status quo will continue marching along...
Anyhow, it's easier for people to write messages on a BLOG then to actually produce something of substance.
It's easier to point out all the trash on the ground...then to actually roll up the sleeves and pick it up.
