(From Yahoo Photos) Comedian Gallagher talks to the media outside the Treasury Department in Washington on Aug. 13, 2003. A fan who was smacked on May 27 by Gallagher during a performance has filed a lawsuit, claiming he was severely injured. The complaint filed by Edwin May III in Nevada's Clark County District Court on Monday, July 11, 2005, follows a decision last week by prosecutors not to file misdemeanor battery charges against the 58-year-old comedian. No way Gallagher gets convicted. The victim has absolutely no credibility. All Gallagher's lawyer has to do is enter the following statement into the record: "May said he has been a Gallagher fan for 20 years, calling him one of the best comedians because "he's true to the truth.""
Anyone else surprised to hear Gallagher's still performing?
Time has been cruel, but the red hair covers the watermelon stains.
I thought the red hair was the result of the watermelon stains.
Gallagher has fans?!!!
Well, some women thought Charles Manson was attractive.
I guess the Gallagher thing still seems strange though, huh?
I wasn't very surprised that Gallagher is still performing. I was shocked that they charge admission for it.
