Like I said, I'm trying not to overdo the caption contest, but the Photo-Opper in Chief just keeps giving and giving. Have at it.
UPDATE: Yes, of course, it's probably photo-shopped. But I'm going to use the same standard of proof the administration has used towards WMDs in Iraq. All appearances to the contrary, there's a possibility it's true, and if so, why do you hate America?

At the other end of the line, only the sound of the wind whistling through Bush's ears could be heard.
Not a caption, but an observation:
Is that a photo of Tony Blair behind Bush's desk? WTF? Does he kiss it when he's feeling unloved? "You understand me, Tony. Not like all them meanies in the press."
Hello. Hello? Hello? Hello? Hello?Hello? Hello? Hello? Hello? Hello? Hello? Hello?.....
Boo. This is an old photoshop piece. No fun mocking something fake.
I was wondering the same thing about that photo in the background! It really looks like Blair!
That said, this photo is either really old or fake. the amount of gray and wrinkles on Bush indicates that's a recent photo of HIM, but say what you want about Bush (and we all do), he would never be caught wearing a tie like that. Someone Photoshopped his face into another shot...
Yeah, it seems photo-shopped. But for an administration that lives on phony photo-ops, I'm happy to return the favor.
Mea culpa. Somebody sent it to me and I sent it to Otto. Although I've certainly redeemed myself by using two words of Latin.
